Continued from page 2:
Elijah will Restore all things
Now, lets go see what Jesus said about Elijah:
9And as they were coming down from the mountain, Jesus commanded them, saying, Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen from the dead. And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elijah must first come? And he answered and said, Elijah indeed comes, and shall restore all things: but I say unto you, that Elijah is come already, and they knew him not, but did unto him whatsoever they would. Even so shall the Son of man also suffer of them. Then understood the disciples that he spake unto them of John the Baptist. (Mt.17.9-13 ASV)
Now, of course, you will want to say that John the Baptist fulfilled the room of Elijah, but you see, John did not restore all things; he did indeed prepare the way for Jesus to come in his first advent, but Jesus will come again, and again...and I am not going to tell you everything in this short discourse; if you come study with me, you will learn more...much more.
If Elijah will restore all things, what does that mean? Obviously it has to do with fact the that the Kingdom of Heaven has been taken by force by evil men with their doctrines of deceit and whitewash, as Jesus said:
7And as these went their way, Jesus began to say unto the multitudes concerning John, What went ye out into the wilderness to behold? a reed shaken with the wind? 8But what went ye out to see? a man clothed in soft raiment? Behold, they that wear soft raiment are in king's houses. 9But wherefore went ye out? to see a prophet? Yea, I say unto you, and much more than a prophet. 10This is he, of whom it is written,
Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, Who shall prepare thy way before thee.
11 Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there has not arisen a greater than John the Baptist: yet he that is but little in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. 12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and men of violence take it by force. 13 For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John. 14 And if ye are willing to receive it, this is Elijah, that is to come. 15 He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.' (Mt.11.7-15 ASV)
Does it not appear what needs to be 'restored'? The kingdom of Heaven has been taken over by the denominations at every corner on earth, but as God says in Isaiah 59, it will be by His power that He reclaims it:
16 And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him. 17 For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloak. 18 According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompense to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompense. 19 So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, which the breath of the LORD drives; And a redeemer will come to Zion...' (Isa.59.16-19)
Now, to better understand this, you need to begin at verse 1 and read the first fifteen verses because it speaks specifically of this present church world system, every denomination included…none lacking. The 'Redeemer' is NOT Jesus Christ; Elijah is the redeemer; he will come in as the breath of the Lord drives a flood, and will reestablish the truthes of God. But for those in the system, you do not at all comprehend what has happened, how Satan has taken over every church world, every religious school, every television ministry, every radio preacher down to the last little backwoods church in Podunk Arkansas; it has ALL been taken captive by the lies and falsehood being preached and taught by this church world. The only way you are going to free yourself is to come out of this church world, sit down with your Bible, and begin to read and to DO WHAT IT SAYS. So, what will Elijah 'restore'? He will restore the TRUTH of the Word of God; he will reveal the Scriptures as no other in this generation can do; he will begin a revolution against the lies and wickedness all done in the name of the Messiah of Israel, who is Jesus Christ…and it will all be done by the 'arm of the Lord,' by His power. He will show how to establish genuine congregations of the Lord, and will show how they should be operated. Oh yes; most of you suppose Elijah will come and call down fire from heaven as Elijah the Tishbite did, but consider how Satan will cause fire to come down (Rev.13.13), but what will Elijah do? Here:
5Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD: 6And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.' (Mal.4.5,6 KJV)
Elijah will TURN HEARTS, he will show the truths of the Word of God and bring people to God as the Spirit of Christ draws them and this can only be done through the Word of God, by those who teach it accurately. At this present time, there are exceedingly few and there are NONE in the public eye; only those little people seeking God in their homes and basements and garages with a few others, are seeking God in truth.
The Lord has shown me that there are a few churches seeking after Him, but they do not have leaders who know the Scriptures well enough to help them grow on up into Jesus Christ, but when they hear me, they will come to me for help, and of course I will be helping them all I can.
Why would Elijah come at this point in time?
Okay, you big shots, you who would love to be in the place of Elijah; this I tell you, that if you knew what Elijah will endure, you would not want any part of this ministry.
Anyway, WHY would God send Elijah now? Here:
20And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God comes not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it. And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them. For as the lightning, that lightens out of the one part under heaven, shines unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day. But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation. And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. (Lk.17.20-30 KJV)
What are God's people doing today?! They are living it up; while we are admonished to be strangers and sojourners in this world, they have become fully united with the world; they eat and drink with them; they dress like they do; they drive the same vehicles, live in the same houses, and do everything the world is doing, except they go to church on Sunday. Indeed, God's people have left their love for God to pursue their own pleasures; there is no restraint in what they do; they are filling themselves with this world's pleasures and then they suppose they shall receive the promises of God; NOT SO! God will soon put an end to their foolishness. Elijah could not come until this was happening, until God's people were given over to please and walking in lies; Elijah would come to put an end to it, and to begin the Tribulation...and no, Jesus does not come to begin the Tribulation; he will come as a thief later in the Tribulation for a specific purpose, that I will not reveal here.
What did God say in Isaiah 40?
5And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it. (v.5)
So, come on you wannabes; tell me what He is saying here!
Indeed: I will be undoing this whole mess as I reveal the Word of God; if I am able to do this, you will see the power of God in me. You will FEEL IT IN YOUR HEARTS as God says in Malachi 4, the Word I preach will TURN HEARTS, and God will choose out of this generation many to receive the Word of God, who will DO IT. The 'glory of the Lord' is the wisdom and knowledge of God (see 1 Cor.2.6ff).
There are four things one must do in order to be saved: 1) give their heart completely and unequivocally to God; 2) they must come out of the church world; 3) they must begin to seriously study the Scriptures; 4) and they must DO THEM. This is not taught in the church world, that it is necessary to obey the Word of God in order to have the promisesand. How can you argue when you contemplate the condition of those who call themselves Christians?
In my succeeding web sites, I provide everything you may need to go on and grow up into the Word of God; a school, a place where timely subjects are taught, how to come to God for both Jews and Gentiles, and so forth. Everything you need to fully obtain the promises of God is here.
What I have had to do to become Elijah
What are the qualifications for one becoming Elijah? First, there is no mention of a lineage...no blood line is given, not from the House of David, not from the House of Levi, not from the House of Aaron or Moses, not from any of the prophets; the fact is, we know very little about him, except it would be as it says in Mal.3 when he appears, he will suddenly come; the church world will not be anticipating his coming, and neither will Israel. But he will be MORE than a Jew outwardly, he will be a Jew INWARDLY (Deu.10.16; 30.6; Rom.2.28,29), and he will be of Israel, not necessarily of the flesh, but of the heart (Psm.73.1) bit as I say, I am a Jew but not raised in the Jewish community, for a very good reason; had I been raised in the Jewish community, I would be yoked to their traditions.
On the other hand, consider what he will do: he will have to know the Word of God above all things; this simply means that he will have had to spend a great deal of time searching the Scriptures OUTSIDE THE RELIGIOUS WORLD. He surely will not be the graduate of any religious institution because he would be biased; he would have to come out of nowhere and simply show forth the truth in depth. He will reveal the GLORY OF GOD which is the wisdom and knowledge of God; in order to do that, he will have to have gone through a strict protocol as proscribed in Scripture, and indeed I have briefly outlined it. I have been seeking God with all my heart for just about 50 years.
Brief Autobiography
So, where have I been? Okay; I was born and raised in the Methodist church, but did not turn to Jesus Christ until I was 25 years old; this was in 1957. When that happened, I gave God my WHOLE heart; I gave Him my life, not on a part-time Sunday- go-to-meeting basis, but I gave him my heart and my soul. Then I got into the Scriptures to study them every moment of the day I possibly could; I quit my job to move into the apartment in the back of the church, so that I could study and follow my preacher around asking questions.
However, as enchanted as I was with those people, I soon saw that they were Christians only on the outside. We went through a church split, at which time they fought among themselves like cats and dogs. In the mean time, I went to their Bible College for one semester, became everything I could in the church: I opened the doors of the church at every meeting and closed them; I did everything they said to do, and learned their ways perfectly, so that I was quoting the Scriptures ahead of thembut there was an ache in my heart; I was desperately unhappy, because they showed absolutely no interest in changing according to the truth of the Word of God; they wanted nothing to do with the truth; they tried to tell me that it was my youth and inexperience, but I knew God was showing me the truth, so their explanations did not put out that desire I had in me to learn the Word of God.
After a year, I was sick of the whole scene, so that after long hours spent in wretched prayer, I decided to leave; that was the hardest decision I ever made in my life, because I loved those people but knew they were not teaching the truth; the problem was, I did not know the truth either, but I knew where to find it: in the Bible; not in books or dictionaries or at the feet of men, but from God and His Word.
So, we (my wife and three little children) came out and rented a big old farm house in west Denver; I took a part-time job (I was an architectural draftsman and designer) of one or two days a week, then spent the rest of my time seeking God in study. I used only the King James Version, the American Standard Version (1901), and Youngs Analytical Concordance; I started out in Strong's concordance, but realized it was nothing more than a glorified dictionary, but with Young's it was easy to do word studies, and therein I spent the following 47 years in intense study. Of course, as my family increased, I had to work two and three days a week and even took temporary jobs working for employment agencies, but the end was to live as simply as we could so that we would have more time to study.
Now, along the way, we were tried with many things: loneliness, sickness, reproach from brethren and family; persecution because we would not join them in their mess, and until lately none of that had changed, but then three years ago, the Lord began to open to me the ministry of Elijah. I had no such aspirations in mind at all, especially to become this great prophet Elijah? All I wanted was a group of people who would hear the Word of God and who would respond accordingly.
Along the way, you have to understand that I searched and sought diligently for anyone who knew the Word of God; I listened to AM and FM radio day and night, then several years ago began to listen to short wave; I watched every television preacher, TBN, CBN, and all the rest, searching for someone who had the truth. I wrote letters, made phone calls, and diligently searched for churches in my area where I thought the truth might be taught, but we never EVER found a single one. Of course, a few had a little truth, but none of them knew even a small percentage of what the Lord had shown me, and it is still that way (being May of 2005), except the Lord has begun to tell me of a few who will come here to study with me.
I have challenged ministers everywhere; I have asked them to give me a BIBLE definition of Grace, that simple little term every Christian uses; NOT ONE has been able to give me a Bible definition. I have not found one minister who can define Faith, or who knows how to receive it; not one can tell me what it means to be saved; not one can tell me what Salvation is; not one can tell me what the Glory of God is or what it means to be sanctified. They do not know the most basic truths of the Word of God yet they are standing and telling you that they represent God. They are charlatans and deceivers; they do not know God even in His simplest terms.
Why has it come to this?
Why has the religious world come to nothing to complete degradation? Why is there no truth in it?! Because men have jumped up who have not prepared themselves by getting their hearts right with God to study, but have as Paul warned, would come to draw away people unto themselves:
28 Take heed unto yourselves, and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit hath made you bishops, to feed the church of the Lord which he purchased with his own blood. I know that after my departing grievous wolves shall enter in among you, not sparing the flock; and from among your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after themselves. (Acts 20.28-30 ASV)
And Peter warned of it:
1But there arose false prophets also among the people, as among you also there shall be false teachers, who shall privily bring in destructive heresies, denying even the Master that bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their lascivious doings; by reason of whom the way of the truth shall be evil spoken of. And in covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you...' (2 Pet.2.1ff ASV)
And Paul again:
1But know this, that in the last days grievous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, railers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, implacable, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, no lovers of good, traitors, headstrong, puffed up, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God; holding a form of godliness, but having denied the power thereof: from these also turn away. (2 Tim.3.1ff)
And on and on, as even I told you to read Isaiah 59; the prophets everywhere warned of these days so that the world is deceived, but God will not allow it to continue.
What God would do
So now we are back at the beginning; God had to do something, it was not a matter of trying to salvage the church world with its hundreds of denominations, splinter groups, and isms, for that would have been impossible; God, rather decided a long time ago to prepare a man...one man by taking him aside and teaching him the truths of the Scriptures; this man would be of no noble birth, of no great education, of no great talents. God would take him and bring him up in secret, as He said in Scripture:
1Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand hath he hid me, and made me a polished shaft; in his quiver has he hid me; And said unto me, Thou art my servant, O Israel, in whom I will be glorified. Then I said, I have laboured in vain, I have spent my strength for nought, and in vain: yet surely my judgment is with the LORD, and my work with my God. And now, saith the LORD that formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob again to him, Though Israel be not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the LORD, and my God shall be my strength. And he said, It is a light thing that thou should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou may be my salvation unto the end of the earth. (Isa.49.1ff ASV)
And while His main theme was for Elijah to come to restore His kingdom, Paul also quotes a portion of this for himself, as he says:
47For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou should be for salvation unto the ends of the earth. (Acts 13.47 KJV)
But God has kept me hidden all these years, because I had to seek Him to know Him, so that He could teach me His ways and His truthes. So again, this text has more than one application; there is no doubt that he is speaking of Elijah to come.
And as for him being the salvation of the Lord, so does even Peter speak of it
10Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Spirit sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into. (1 Pet.1.10-12)
While the preaching of the Gospel came to them, and through it the salvation of God, this generation has never heard the Gospel, but Elijah will preach it and with it reveal this same salvation, and will bring on the judgments of God.
Indeed, God has kept me hidden in His quiver. He would keep me hidden until He was ready to string His bow, and to draw it and release the arrow which would pierce the hearts of His enemies. I am the man; I am ready to do it; He has prepared me, and only me for this work, not that I have ever thought of lifting myself up, but neither will I deny the Lord and refuse the ministry He has given me.
